This was a very tough week, no caffeine and practically a liquid diet with 4 ounces of lean turkey, chicken breast, ham, and roast beef, cottage cheese, Greek yogurt and protein shakes BUT I LOST 14 POUNDS IN ONE WEEK!! I have only done this once before in my life and that was when I got Covid-19 Delta Version back in August. It was so tough to go through Valentine’s Day and my birthday without having the usual feast (see below):
I will be taking another photo soon. A week from today, I will be leaving for San Diego and The Pompeii Surgical group and having my surgery on March 2.
